Key skills required:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in large industry monitoring network and security operations. Technical skills: Experience in troubleshooting network/security devices such as switches, routers, firewall, load balancer, MPLS link, WAN links, etc. Monitoring tools: Experience with network and security monitoring tools (SolarWinds) and incident management systems (ServiceNow). Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting on network and security issues. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document and explain technical issues clearly. Certifications: CISCO CCNA/Security or equivalent; SolarWinds certifications are preferred.
