Job Description:

The L&D Program Delivery Coordination Specialist will coordinate professional development, leadership development and other learning programs across the enterprise managing all aspects of event registration and administration.

This is a hybrid position at 3150 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA requiring minimum 4 days per week onsite.

The selected candidate will provide support of on-site learning events in DC Metro area and, when needed, virtual meeting administration duties, producing and other instructor requirements. Respond to employee inquiries about learning events and registration. Provide assistance with marketing learning programs for a variety of employee audiences, using the appropriate internal communication and media outlets. Collaborate with LMS Team to manage attendance of participants and reports sent to business POCs on program completion, as needed. Effectively interact with the L&D Leadership Team, as appropriate, on L&D Program Delivery initiatives.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:

Coordinate leadership and professional development L&D programs by planning all aspects of logistics including:

Program communication and marketing as neededLearner registration tracking and follow-upCompletion of learners in specified programs OR send completion roster to the LMS team (based on program)Attendance follow-up, scheduling virtual rooms or securing facilities, preparing materials, etc.Working with Caterers and other vendors as neededOrdering and maintaining suppliesSupport other Program delivery initiatives as directed by manager.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of related experience in corporate events planning and/or project management (within professional development and training environment highly preferred)In lieu of degree, 6 years of related experience is required.Effective administrative and organizational skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures preferred.Location: Hybrid schedule requiring minimum 4 days/week to Falls Church, VA office.

The likely salary range for this position is $62,900 - $85,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
