Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As an L&D Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's learning initiatives and helping employees develop their skills and knowledge.

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and learning materials Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging learning content Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities Support the onboarding process for new employees Analyze training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning metrics Assist in the development of e-learning modules and other digital learning resources Provide administrative support for the L&D department, including budget tracking and vendor management Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in L&D or a similar role Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools Data analysis and reporting skills Presentation and facilitation skills Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus L&D certifications (e.g., ATD, SHRM) preferred Additional information
