Job Description

Responsibilities:

Drive the Global Propulsion System Plants to work on customer and field quality issues  and promote a closing and good relationship with this customers.

Support the GPS Plant on issue definition, preliminary root cause and apply properly technical solutions Monitoring Customer issues and communicate responsible areas to track problem solving and participate/arrange specifical meetings to follow action plan status.

Strong problem- solving skills with focus on quality continuous improvement and cost avoidance/waste Maintain awareness of quality standards, and communicate department quality goals, and leverages resources to solve quality issues.

Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment.

Participates in the training, developing and evaluating of hourly team members.

Participates in the development of highly effective teams.

Mandatory requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Engineering); Preference Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production;

English speaking (minimum Intermediate);

Previous experience on project coordination/multi-functional teams;

Active & valid CNH (local authority license to drive vehicles);

Availability to work in different shifts and weekend;

Specific to work in São José dos Campos (on site);

Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse/cross-functional teams as well as mentor, motivate and elicit work output from peers and other team members;

Desirable requirements:

Spanish is a plus;

It will be a differential to have worked with field/customer issue analysis;

Knowledge Quality Metrics (internal and external), GSIP, BIQ, MERS and GPS internal system (Flexnet).
