**Job Description** **Responsibilities:** + Drive the Global Propulsion System Plants to work on customer and field quality issues and promote a closing and good relationship with this customers. + Support the GPS Plant on issue definition, preliminary root cause and apply properly technical solutions Monitoring Customer issues and communicate responsible areas to track problem solving and participate/arrange specifical meetings to follow action plan status. + Strong problem- solving skills with focus on quality continuous improvement and cost avoidance/waste Maintain awareness of quality standards, and communicate department quality goals, and leverages resources to solve quality issues. + Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment. + Participates in the training, developing and evaluating of hourly team members. + Participates in the development of highly effective teams. **Mandatory requirements:** + Bachelor's degree (Engineering); Preference Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production; + English speaking (minimum Intermediate); + Previous experience on project coordination/multi-functional teams; + Active & valid CNH (local authority license to drive vehicles); + Availability to work in different shifts and weekend; + Specific to work in São José dos Campos (on site); + Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse/cross-functional teams as well as mentor, motivate and elicit work output from peers and other team members; **Desirable requirements:** + Spanish is a plus; + It will be a differential to have worked with field/customer issue analysis; + Knowledge Quality Metrics (internal and external), GSIP, BIQ, MERS and GPS internal system (Flexnet).
