Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Líder de Embarque.
**What you’ll do:**
**Job summary**
Ensure and supervise the process of receiving, and shipping products and materials, as well as the security in shipments, in addition to coordinating personnel in the daily activities of controlling and following up on production orders and shipping requirements of the materials.
**Job responsabilities**
• Responsible for carrying out all assigned tasks with security and adherence to defined protocols.
• Supervise, guide, and assign responsibilities to the staff under their charge.
• Technical inspection of furniture / equipment, racks, forklifts and/or correction of maneuvers by the responsible personnel.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and timely processes/systems for material shipping.
• Ensure the accuracy of transactions within the area's operations.
• Communication with distribution centers and departments involved in the process.
• Responsible for the accuracy of inventory in the area.
• Responsible for analyzing system transactions and determining causes and errors and implementing corrective actions.
• Work on improvement ideas in the department.
• Follow and accomplish the requirements of OEA/IMMEX program
**Qualifications:**
**Level of education**
+ Professional career
**Years and area of experience**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping
**Technical Knowledge**
+ Microsoft Office management
+ Management of different tools for material handling (forklifts, rails, scanners, etc.).
+ Management of AS-400/oracle/mapics (plus) system
+ Knowledge of the cycle counting process.
+ Knowledge in FIFO system.
+ English is desired at least read and write.

+ Ability to work under indirect supervision/self-directed.
+ Ability to work in teams and share knowledge.
+ Ability to work with various departments.
