The Role
We are seeking a Kyndryl Consult Partner for Travel & Transport to join our Cloud practice (Modernization) at Kyndryl Consult - the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives.
You will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your multi-disciplinary team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to build and maintain deep relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
As a Kyndryl Consult Partner, you will shape our clients’ digital transformation journeys, starting from business challenges through to envisioning and guiding the execution of the corresponding large-scale transformation of the IT landscape and organization. You will engage with C-suite executives as a trusted advisor and thought leader, guiding them through complex change agendas and ensuring tangible business outcomes.
This role will also contribute to the strategic direction of Kyndryl Consult, drive revenue growth, mentor talent, and shape our consulting brand in the market.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Delivery
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key C-suite decision-makers within the Travel & Transport sector and influencers in client organizations.
Lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements and cross-functional transformation initiatives, from strategy to execution.
Advise on IT strategy, operating models, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
Enhance client satisfaction and retention, driving measurable value and success.
Business Development & Growth
Identify, develop, and convert new consulting opportunities across existing and new clients.
Drive pipeline development, proposal scoping, and fee negotiations.
Deliver against signings, revenue, and margin targets; contribute to sustained business growth.
Leadership & Practice Development
Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing consulting teams within a pyramid structure.
Collaborate with peers and leaders to shape the strategy and growth of the Cloud practice.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and commercial focus.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing feedback and contributing to performance reviews.

Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in Management and / or Technology consulting and +5 years of experience in a partner or senior leadership role, with regional or global consulting firms (Big 5 or boutiques).
Deep expertise in the Travel & Transport sector.
Strong C-suite network and ability to build credibility with CXO-stakeholders
Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting or corporate environment.
Strong background in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, transformation programs, and IT operating model design.
Demonstrated ability to drive financial growth through sales, revenue, and profitability management.
Sound personal brand and presence in the Travel & Transport industry.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
