Job Title: KYC Client Service Manager - Lisbon, Portugal Job Description **As a English-Speaking KYC Client Service Manager, you will:** • Manage contact with customers • Keeps KYC up to date • Check the data in the systems and ensure that it is in order • Take the necessary measures to obtain the missing information / documents • Modify the data in the systems according to the new supporting documents • Perform statistics on your activity • Work in collaboration with the commercial, IT and compliance teams **We’ll be a great match if you:** • Have a good level of English (oral and written) OR French (oral and written) • Have an University degree in Management or other relevant field • Have technical skills that give you credibility with the team and allow you to quickly become autonomous. • Are demanding and able to communicate internally with a variety of people. • Have computer skills from a user perspective If you feel you don’t check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
