The KYC Client Outreach Team is responsible for supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) execution in accordance with the Bank's compliance policies and procedures. The role plays an important part as liaison between all stakeholders involved in the delivery of KYC processes, including Front Office, Compliance, and operational teams across the organization.

As a KYC Client Outreach Analyst, you are responsible for engaging daily exchanges with these stakeholders to ensure a smooth communication flow. You oversee collecting & checking the accurate documentation to allow the completion of the CDD reviews. Data quality is handled through duly collecting and storing all documents requested from clients in Vantage in accordance with the new KYC Policy and all FATCA, CRS and ESR guidelines.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Liaise with all stakeholders on a daily basis (Clients, FO, ING HUB Slovakia team, KYC OPS, Compliance, Tax Officer …)Communicate and explain the KYC requirements to all stakeholders including clientsCollect, review and ensure completeness of the provided documentsSupport stakeholders to gather and ensure timely collection of KYC relevant documents / dataCollect and store the documents / data in internal tool, in line with regulatory and internal bank requirements (including FATCA, CRS, ESR, MiFID ...)Support and educate Front Office on KYC initiatives of the Bank and general KYC / AML requirementsControl, monitor and report on KYC controls / progress for the Wholesale Banking activity (Local & ING HUB)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position:

Secondary with school-leaving examinationUniversity education (Bachelor's degree)University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)French – bonus, but not required

Personality requirements and skills

Wage (gross)

1 700 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
