The KYC Analyst is responsible for conducting due diligence and onboarding reviews for new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves analyzing customer information, identifying potential risks, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities + Perform CDD/EDD on new and existing clients. + Collect and validate identification, ownership, and business information. + Screen for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media. + Assess customer risk levels and escalate suspicious findings. + Maintain complete and compliant KYC files in internal systems. + Support periodic reviews, remediation, and regulatory audits. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field. + 1–3 years of KYC, AML, or compliance experience (preferred). + Familiarity with screening tools (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis). + Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
