Our Toronto office is expanding, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced KYC Analyst to join our Compliance and Risk team. Key Responsibilities + Conduct end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews for new and existing corporate clients in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. + Analyze complex corporate structures, including beneficial ownership and control, to assess risk and ensure accurate documentation. + Liaise with internal stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal) to gather and validate client information. + Monitor and escalate high-risk clients or unusual activity in accordance with AML/ATF regulations. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems. + Support periodic reviews and remediation projects as needed. + Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. + 2–5 years of experience in a KYC, AML, or Compliance role, preferably within corporate or institutional banking. + Strong understanding of Canadian and international AML/KYC regulations (e.g., FINTRAC, FATF). + Experience analyzing corporate entities, ownership structures, and legal documentation. + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with KYC tools and databases (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis, Refinitiv).
