Beacon Hill Legal's client, a New York City based investment advisory firm, has an opportunity for a temp AML/KYC Analyst beginning in October 2025. This role will require full-time hours on a contract basis for a minimum of 5 months and require the candidate to be hired to work on a hybrid schedule with 3 days' working onsite from the firm's midtown office and two working remotely.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience working on KYC requests as it relates to PE firms (e.g. private lending funds). Pay rate is dependent on experience and starts at $50/hr.

Responsibilities

Monitor deal pipeline and liaise with investment professionals for timely performance of transaction due diligence and KYCConduct first line review of initial documents and screening of key entities, individuals and stakeholders, with particular emphasis on issue flaggingAssist operations and investor services teams with KYC requestsReview completed DDQ responses and forms relating to AML and sanction for accuracy and completenessMaintain training decks and participation records for AML and sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, and other topics as may be requiredMaintain P&P relating to KYC processesPerform fund risk assessments and assist with annual firmwide risk assessmentCompile metrics as requested for oversight reportingAssist with testing of AML/KYC performed by Investor Services and Operations teams
