Application Requirements What you need to succeed Degree in Business Analytics, HR, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Strong analytical skills and quantitative foundation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, and Power BI (or willingness to learn). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proactive mindset with commitment to learning and innovation. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
