Description At Amazon Project Kuiper, we're revolutionizing global connectivity through our Low Earth Orbit satellite constellation. We're seeking an accomplished Inside Sales Representative, located in Sao Paulo-Brazil, to drive Small and Middle Enterprise (SME) customer adoption across Latin America, initially focusing on Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth potential into sales management positions for high performers. What You'll Do: - Lead end-to-end sales cycles for SME customers - Partner with AWS sales teams to maximize market penetration - Execute outbound prospecting campaigns and qualify inbound leads - Develop compelling value propositions of Kuiper services to customers - Manage customer relationships and drive deal closure - Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM Basic Qualifications - 5+ years B2B sales experience - Fluent in Portuguese and English - Experience with full sales cycle management - Proven track record in enterprise sales - Proficiency with Salesforce CRM - Ability to travel extensively within Brazil - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strategic thinking capabilities combined with operational acumen - Excellent communication and public presentation skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications - Advanced Spanish language skills - Satellite industry sales experience - Is clear and concise in verbal and written communication (e.g., narratives, research briefs, creative review docs, weekly and monthly business report, Press Release, Operating Plan). - Willingness to travel across South America - Cloud technologies experience - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements - Team Management in different locations.
