JOB BRIEF (PURPOSE)

Provide centralized portfolio management support enabling Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Strategists to provide effective strategies, solutions and optimal levels of service that exceed client expectations. This position collaborates and performs as part of the relationship management team to assure that the Wealth Segment goals are met by executing the client strategy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Technical

Reviews, monitors and modifies investment portfolio construction in accordance with client objectives and investment policy, initiates portfolio construction changes consistent with investment strategy.Maintains compliance with all internal policies and procedures, including but not limited to, Reg 9 reviews and other compliance reporting functions.Maintain deep expertise in financial markets and other related areas while also participating on or contributing to various investment committees.Has the knowledge and ability to manage investment portfolios within a fiduciary framework.

Focus on trading, rebalancing, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and portfolio executionMonitor cash levels including portfolio additions/withdrawals, overdrafts,Client reporting and book management toolsProject management skills
