We are looking for someone to join our Communications organization in Cincinnati, Ohio and become a critical member of the North America Beauty team, working on our beauty brands. This role will lead influencer marketing strategy, relations, and management to build affinity for the brand and business results.
Responsibilities:
Serve as team leader for Influencer marketing multi-functional team
Lead KOL strategy designed to meet business objectives
Lead identification of KOLs to match brand’s equity and criteria for partnership
Manage KOL relationships, brief development, and ongoing communications
Lead content management of design process, timing, and reporting
Lead KOL internal team with direct report
Partner with multi-functional team on contract management, paid media strategy, social landscape assessments, creative best practices, and business plans.
Manage budget and program performance reports

Building and managing relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders to solve business problems
Social media and digital content expertise
Storytelling and co-creating compelling and inclusive content that reaches and resonates with consumers
Operational discipline to manage logistics and reporting
Collaboration with cross-functional team members and agency partners
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Expertise in social media, digital marketing, and digital influencers
Experience leading teams and direct reports
Strong written communications skills
Maintains a growth mindset and values experimentation
Shows adaptability and strong learning agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exhibits the ability to pivot quickly and effectively in response to changing priorities and circumstances
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work in social media, influencer relations (ideally 5 years)
Starting Pay/Salary Range: $110,000 – $165,300
