We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated Financial Specialist to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.  

  

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed,  

Knowledge Transfer Specialist, Senior. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden. Germany.  This is a temporary assignment no longer than 18 weeks with travel to multiple locations in Europe.   

 

Responsibilities: 

• Performs Transition-In knowledge transfer and management activities under supervision of Transition-In Lead and ensures minimal service disruption and no service degradation during and after transition 

• Implements Transition-In Plan using CACI ADVANCE transition service processes and completes all transition activities, including leading knowledge transfer activities 

• Develops and updates knowledge transfer strategy and checklists to capture, document, and share information and knowledge 

• Schedules, oversees, and participates in knowledge transfer sessions, discovery activities, cutover dry runs, and job shadowing, and updates knowledge management repository 

• Ensures knowledge retention and identifies and implements improvements for future initiatives 

• Provides Transition-Out Plan for knowledge transfer and supports Transition-Out activities 

 

 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

BS/BA with 7-12 year’s experience 

Currently hold an Active Secret Clearance.

Possesses expertise in knowledge transfer methodologies and transition management processes, with an emphasis on minimizing service disruption during complex organizational changes.  

Capable of leading a structured approach to implement a transition-in plan and knowledge transfer activities.  

Exhibits mastery in developing and updating knowledge transfer strategies, facilitating transfer sessions, and managing knowledge repositories across multiple project assignments.  

Showcases ability to identify and implement improvements in knowledge retention processes, preferably with experience delivering successful transitions within tight timeframes.  

Displays leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to oversee inventory staff and function as a technical expert across KM activities.  

Excels in strategic thinking, with ability to develop comprehensive Transition-Out Plans and support related activities.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100 - 231,100 USD
