We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated Financial Specialist to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Knowledge Transfer Specialist, Journeyman. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden. Germany. This is a temporary assignment no longer than 18 weeks with travel to multiple locations in Europe.
Responsibilities:
• Performs Transition-In knowledge transfer and management activities under supervision of Transition-In Lead and ensures minimal service disruption and no service degradation during and after transition
• Implements Transition-In Plan using CACI ADVANCE® (Align, Discover, Verify, Address, Normalize, Cutover, Execute ) transition service processes and completes all transition activities, including leading knowledge transfer activities
• Develops and updates knowledge transfer strategy and checklists to capture, document, and share information and knowledge
• Schedules, oversees, and participates in knowledge transfer sessions, discovery activities, cutover dry runs, and job shadowing, and updates knowledge management repository
• Ensures knowledge retention and identifies and implements improvements for future initiatives
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
• Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
Required:
BS/BA or equivalent experience.
Currently hold an active Secret Clearance
Capable of following a structured approach for knowledge transfer and transition activities while minimizing service disruption.
Demonstrates proficiency in knowledge transfer methodologies, with understanding of knowledge capture, documentation, and sharing processes.
Capable of developing and updating transfer strategies and checklists and maintaining knowledge management repositories.
Displays strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, discovery activities, cutover dry runs, job shadowing, and other activities.
Experienced in coordinating multiple complex work assignments and presenting solutions to problems.
Demonstrates aptitude for identifying and implementing process improvements in knowledge retention and transfer initiatives.
Possesses experience related to inventory management and logistics, with ability to support transition activities, stock optimization, and multi-vendor coordination.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
