The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Knowledge Manager to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the INDOPACOM J2 JIOC mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

Knowledge Manager Responsibilities:
Align processes and technology to enable information sharing for analytic production.
Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflows and processes.
Compile reports on performance, usage of metrics, and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.
Develop and maintain standardized data formats for ISR-related data in accordance with Intelligence Community and DoD standards.
Manage and update command web forums and mission center webpages to ensure accessibility of relevant documents and workflows.
Design and implement integrated Knowledge Management (KM) processes for effective ISR data integration.
Support, train, and mentor personnel on the use of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) visualization tools
Clearance Required:
Current TS/SCI Clearance.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).
Experience with knowledge management systems, ISR data integration, and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with Intelligence Community and Department of Defense data standards.
Proficiency in managing web-based platforms such as SharePoint and other content management systems.
Ability to analyze, document, and recommend improvements for data management and visualization processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for training and supporting personnel.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Advanced degree in Information Management, Data Science, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and computer scientists.
Experience developing and implementing standardized data formats and knowledge management best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and improve knowledge management processes.

Pay Range:Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
