Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You’ll Do
The Knowledge Management Training Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective knowledge management practices and systems across the organization. This role provides expert training in knowledge management and SharePoint administration, supports change management initiatives, and ensures the seamless exchange and accessibility of information. The position requires strong technical proficiency, training skills, and the ability to drive adoption of new tools and processes among diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver training programs on knowledge management principles, best practices, and tools.
• Develop instructional materials and resources tailored to various user groups and skill levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Provide hands-on training and support for SharePoint site administration, including site creation, permission management, and content organization.
• Develop user guides and documentation to facilitate effective SharePoint utilization.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide ongoing support to users.
• Lead change-management efforts related to knowledge management and SharePoint adoption.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Communicate changes effectively and address stakeholder concerns to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assess current knowledge management and SharePoint practices, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging techniques to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement best practices.

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree Information management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Curriculum Development, Adult Education, or a related field or a Navy Master Training Specialist qualification
• 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, SharePoint administration, and training delivery
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
• Excellent training, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting defense-related programs
