We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Knowledge Management Specialist, Senior. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Mission Partner CoS OKM, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Plans and leads Knowledge Management (KM) functions IAW MP policies and procedures, including KM strategy, governance, policy development, records management, and planning for information and knowledge management and sharing within the organization
Supports operations, maintenance, sustainment, deployment, training, and change management for KM software, systems, and networks
Maintains and updates KM artifacts (e.g., SOPs, Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs), problem resolution/self-help documentation), archives and removes outdated artifacts, and ensures authoritative artifacts are prominently displayed and easily found on SharePoint or management portals
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge for applicable systems and environments (e.g., Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETSM2 ), SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Cybersecurity Assessment Readiness Tracker (CART), USAREUR-AF Personnel Status (PERSTAT))
Identifies knowledge gaps, incorporates industry best practices, formulates technical assessments, and assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability and implementation into KM systems and networks
Develops KM solutions that foster discovery, access, and sharing of organizational information and business processes
Serves as the site collection administrator and content manager for collaboration technologies
Implements and operates a KM process to improve tools and processes for publishing, disseminating, analyzing, and managing intelligence information
Manages a KM system that allows for the storage, retrieval, and sharing of information and knowledge
Provides user support services for training materials and events and educates staff on use of the knowledge management system and strategies, new tools, and/or new technologies
May attend and participate in meetings to discuss new technologies, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps
Mentors other KM personnel
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Supervises KM and data management teams
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret SCI Clearance and have the ability to maintain
BA/BS +8-12 years recent experience
Certification – 8140 - Security+ or GSEC
Exhibits expertise in knowledge management strategies, governance, and policy development practices for complex organizational environments.
Exhibits extensive understanding of KM software, systems, and networks, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform, preferably with experience using specialized military systems.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining KM artifacts, identifying knowledge gaps, and implementing best practices to foster information sharing and process improvement.
Showcases proficiency in managing site collections, content, and collaboration technologies while providing user support and training.
Displays strong leadership skills, with ability to mentor KM personnel and supervise teams.
Excels in strategic thinking, with ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies and policies to enhance organizational knowledge management practices.

Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards

The proposed salary range for this position is:
