Job Description
This role is primarily responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination related to full knowledge management lifecycle and maintenance of the internal knowledge base.
Responsibilities & Duties
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge and content following standard operating procedures and methodologiesFormat HTML codes into knowledge articlesPerform analysis of content requirements and coordinate translation requests following the standard process setCoordinate with global stakeholders on article creation and updatesMaintain knowledge assets and ensure clear, consistent, and unambiguous knowledge management repositoryConduct knowledge base system maintenance checksParticipate in testing before and after every system releaseAssist in maintaining system performance recordsMaintain historical records and reports of system usage, and knowledge articles inventoryMay provide input and insight on employee feedback to support identification and execution of content-related project opportunitiesMay take part in projects related to research, creation, and maintenance of Knowledge Management resource materialsEscalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolutionMaintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as requiredPerform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and proceduresAssess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issuesSupport selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experienceIntermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)Excellent writing and research skillsExperience using Knowledge Management tools and platforms (preferably ServiceNow for Knowledge Base, ticketing, HTML, chatbot)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience on processes and procedures relevant in knowledge management, technical writing or copy-editing and reporting and data analytics Experience across core functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, etc.)Knowledge of HR metrics and their applicabilityExperience in using HR systems such as Workday and other KM platforms and toolsUnderstanding of Process Mapping Tools and MethodologyExperience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within similar function
