**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking a **Knowledge Management Developer** to join our team and provide support to facilitate operations on a critical infrastructure and services program. This effort focuses on providing a comprehensive set of System/ Software Engineering and IT Services to maintain, sustain, enhance, and improve/modernize. The ideal candidate will be located in the National Capital Region.
**Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected by Q3/Q4 of 2026.**
The **Knowledge Management Developer** responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Knowledge Management Developer
The Knowledge Management Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing knowledge management systems and solutions within the environment. Creates and maintains platforms that facilitate the efficient capture, storage, retrieval, and sharing of knowledge and information. Identifies user requirements, develops custom applications and tools, integrates knowledge management systems with other IT platforms, and ensuring robust data security measures. Collaborates with analysts and other stakeholders to enhance the functionality and usability of knowledge management solutions, leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline processes and improve access to critical information.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Bachelors degree and 9 years or in lieu of degree 4 more years of relevant work experience or Masters degree and 7 years of relevant work experience or PhD and 4 years of relevant work experience.
One of the following certifications: Certified Network Defender, SecurityX/ CASP , CCSP, Cloud , CSSLP, GDSA, GSEC, CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCIA, GCLD, GICSP
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
