Our Client is seeking a seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist The role is fully remote and involves designing, configuring, and managing knowledge bases, ensuring seamless access to information.

Experience in Knowledge Management roles. Hands-on expertise in eGain and/or KMS Lighthouse tools. Strong understanding of knowledge base design, content lifecycle, and taxonomy management. Experience in integrating KM tools with CRM/Contact Center platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Genesys). Ability to analyze KM metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
