The business needs a true Klaviyo expert who can implement audit recommendations, build new flows from scratch, and take ownership of multi-store email operations. With limited internal bandwidth and technical constraints, they’re hiring someone who can quickly improve lifecycle automation, list health, and deliverability while driving measurable revenue impact. This role exists to transform email into a consistent, scalable growth channel across all brands.
The Impact you’ll makeLifecycle Automation (Flows)\nBuild net-new flows end-to-end (welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, checkout abandon, post‑purchase, winback, re-engagement) with triggers, filters, and branching logic\nImplement audit recommendations and rebuild/optimize existing automations across brands\nConfigure event properties, dynamic content, conditional splits, and profile/property updates\nCampaign Operations\nPlan, segment, create, schedule, and send daily campaigns across multiple stores\nMaintain a cross-brand email/content calendar with testing plans and send cadence\nLeverage Magic AI Tool and Grammarly to draft, refine, and QA content while preserving brand voice\nList Health, Growth, and Deliverability\nEstablish engagement windows, suppress unengaged contacts, and run ongoing list cleaning\nDesign and optimize signup forms/flows, capture points, and growth tactics to improve acquisition vs. churn\nEnforce deliverability best practices (sender reputation, authentication, warm-ups, sunsetting, complaint/bounce control)\nData, Testing, and Reporting\nSet up and interpret A/B tests (subject, content, send time, offers, flow logic)\nMonitor key metrics (open/click rates, conversions, revenue attribution) and iterate weekly\nProvide clear, actionable weekly summaries and cross-brand insights to inform future strategy\nCross-Brand Collaboration and Governance\nEnsure consistent brand standards, modular templates, and reusable assets across The Swank Company, Posh Tots, and Escape Outdoors\nPartner with the team to align promos, launches, and seasonal moments with lifecycle and campaign plans\nMaintain tight Shopify–Klaviyo integration hygiene and data mapping\n
