**Job Title: Kitter** **Job Description** Join our Production department and be a vital part of building kits. This role involves working across four different stations, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Train and work in cell packing area, standing for 12-hour shifts during the initial 2-3 weeks. + Use a computer to follow orders and pack items into boxes from approximately 200 small bins. + Carefully label completed boxes and place them onto a conveyor for packing. + Work in the packing area to verify and transfer kits from totes to boxes, ensuring correct labeling before dispatch. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts. + Experience in fast-paced and high-production environments. + Capability to lift up to 25 pounds, with team lifts for heavier items. + Attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with production and assembly processes. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including holiday pay, health insurance options, and fitness reimbursements. The work environment is a clean and organized production area where individuals may stand or sit depending on the rotation. The temperature is controlled at 70 degrees or below, requiring long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. The facility has a strict no-phone policy, although one headphone is allowed for music. A cafeteria with hot food is available for the day shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
