Description + Manage the Back of the House kitchen associates + Assist in End of Month inventory count. + Assist with Opening and Closing routines. + Assist when necessary with Management of office tasks as assigned by Manager or General Manager. + Work with Managers to maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by demonstrating, training and enforcing sanitary standards procedures. + Inspire the players to maintain a sense of self pride and passion of food, service and high standards Qualifications + 2 years of related Back of the House venues. + 1 year of leadership experience + Knowledge and experience of high volume “meal-market” food production. + Well-organized, with proven ability to meet timelines and show results through initiatives. + Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills + Possess strong leadership skills with an ability to build a team to reach desired goals. + Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude. Operates calmly and proactively in stressful and difficult situations. + Respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts. + Lift up to 50 pounds.
