Boston Pizza Shawnessy is looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take the next step in your culinary leadership journey, this is the role for you!

💼 Position: Kitchen Supervisor

📍 Location: Boston Pizza – West Springs, Calgary, AB
💰 Wage: $41,600 – $59,800 annually (based on hours worked)
🕒 Status: Full-time, Permanent

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support kitchen team during shifts to ensure smooth operations

Oversee food preparation, line execution, and plate presentation

Monitor quality control and food safety standards

Support inventory and ordering systems

Assist in training and onboarding new HOH team members

Work closely with management to drive a positive and productive kitchen culture

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a kitchen environment

Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

Excellent communication and team-building skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

A passion for food and creating great guest experiences
