Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. What will you do?Format, maintain, and update recipe cards, costing sheets, inventory logs, and order guides to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the kitchen team Assist with documenting recipe development and ensure alignment with portioning standards, food cost trends, and budgetary goals Oversee ordering and receiving processes, verify deliveries, maintain vendor records, and support waste reduction through regular inventory checks Collaborate with chefs, kitchen team members, and front-of-house supervisors to ensure operational consistency and uphold food safety, sanitation, and allergen control standards Train and mentor junior kitchen team members in back-of-house systems, inventory procedures, and administrative tasks 

More about youMinimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity Attentive and detail-oriented Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions No college degree required 

Physical requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds
