Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring high-quality service and food. What will you do?

 

Format, maintain, and update recipe cards, costing sheets, inventory logs, and order guides to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the kitchen teamAssist with documenting recipe development and ensure alignment with portioning standards and cost control goalsOversee ordering and receiving processes, verify deliveries, maintain vendor records, and support waste reduction through regular inventory checksCollaborate with chefs, kitchen team members, and front-of-house supervisors to ensure operational consistency and uphold food safety, sanitation, and allergen control standards.Train and mentor junior kitchen team members in back-of-house systems, inventory procedures, and administrative tasks

 

More about youMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen SupervisorAbility to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacityAttentive and detailed orientedBasic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportionsNo college degree required

Physical requirementsManual dexterity is sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquidsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds
