The Kitchen Refrigeration Mechanic is primarily responsible for the maintenance of our kitchen equipment throughout the hotel. Other equipment or projects may be assigned as needed. This person must have a strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, controls trouble shooting, and schematic reading. Previous engineering experience and a CFC certification is required. The hourly rate for this position is $35.64 to $42.33 commensurate with experience.
