A Kitchen Office Coordinator - Bodrum is responsible for working in all areas of Kitchen as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.


What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Office Coordinator, you are responsible for working in all areas of Kitchen as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Kitchen Office Coordinator will also be required to take and deliver customer orders and work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Support and coordinate all areas of kitchen operations.

Receive and process orders and supply requests, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments.

Plan and prepare daily setups for kitchen and service areas.

Ensure compliance with cash handling and inventory procedures.

Manage internal queries and requests promptly and efficiently.

Communicate departmental updates and incentives to the team and support their implementation.

Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality procedures.

Contribute to achieving departmental targets.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen office areas and storage spaces.

Comply with hotel security, fire safety regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Follow local licensing laws and regulations.

Promote environmental awareness and support sustainable practices.

Assist other departments when necessary and maintain positive working relationships.
