Emmy Squared Pizza is famous for its award-winning Detroit-style pizza and innovative culinary creations. Swingers Crazy Golf-NoMad offers an unforgettable entertainment experience with its creative mini-golf courses and lively atmosphere. Together, we’re setting the stage for a one-of-a-kind experience. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for to overseeing all culinary operations while supporting Swingers Crazy Golf-NoMad guests. You’ll lead and inspire your team, ensuring outstanding service and culinary excellence. Qualifications + Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting. + Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team. + Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with effective delegation skills. + Proficiency with computers and excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Passion for food, hospitality, and providing exceptional dining experiences. + Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. + Serve Safe Certification preferred. + Physical requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs., push/pull up to 75 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
