DescriptionThe incumbent for this position provides administrative and operational support to the Chef.

Main Responsibilities\nPreparing reports, presentations and documents\nCoordinating logistics, including scheduling, staffing and resource allocation\nManaging the Kitchen paperwork\nA passion for food and a understanding of kitchen operation\n Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Desired qualifications:\nCertificate in kitchen operation services \nExperience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand\nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills\nOperational knowledge of kitchen operations\nBrief knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems\nStrong administrative and communication skills\n
