A Kitchen Artist is responsible in creating artistic designs made of both edible and non edible materials and to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while performing duties.

What will I be doing?

 

A Kitchen Artist, will work independently and ensure high levels of product output and to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. As you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ensure all buffet set up Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contaminationAssist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsAssist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company proceduresReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issuesComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislationBe environmentally aware

A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Kitchen Artist Strong coaching skillsAbility and desire to motivating TeamExcellent communication skillsAchieved Basic Food Hygiene CertificateSupervisory experiencePositive attitudeAbility to work under pressureAbility to work on own or in teams

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous kitchen experience in similar roleIntermediate Food HygieneKnowledge of current food trends
