**About This Role:**
This role will be primarily responsible for responding to daily lead requests that are submitted by our door-to-door sales managers via a Smartsheet form. This role will ensure compliance with our territory management and lead distribution strategy.
**What You’ll Do:**
Daily lead research and assignment. There are four types of requests in the form:
1. Missing Leads - used to report eligible prospects that are not shown as available to sell
2. Lead Integrity - used to report ineligible prospects
3. Lead Re-Assignments - used to request leads that are not currently assigned to the requestor
4. Application Issue - used to report issues with the application itself
In addition to responding to these requests, this role will also provide weekly reporting on volume of submissions and a summary of resolutions.
**Do You Have**
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business environments
+ Knowledge of Sales Rabbit, WinCare, DCRIS, KSF, UQUAL, GIS and Smartsheet is preferred but not required
The starting compensation range for this job is $35,000 to $43,300.
