Work You’ll Do

This position oversees the technical direction and delivery of end-to-end solutions, managing system design, integration strategies, and technical implementation. Acting as the senior technical contact for clients, the Technical Architect works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable architectures. Responsibilities include lifecycle management of solution delivery, covering architecture design, data integration, platform configuration, performance optimization, and deployment. The role also establishes technical standards, drives best practices in testing and automation, and ensures comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer. Success requires advanced analytical and technical problem-solving skills, expertise in solution architecture and data science, as well as familiarity with advanced planning systems like Kinaxis. The ideal candidate is a proven technical leader who consistently delivers complex solutions, exceeds client expectations, and leads multidisciplinary teams with strong critical thinking and project management skills.

Design, build, and deploy integrations to validate, synthesize, and transform customer data for integrated business planning and analytics. Apply a deep understanding of the Kinaxis platform’s data model, including table structures, linkages, and optimal configurations, to support diverse planning use cases. Review, analyze, and interpret customer-supplied data, ensuring alignment with the technical and functional intent of project requirements and understanding relevant data dependencies. Lead customer sessions to define technical data requirements, facilitate technical design discussions, and offer best practice recommendations, especially in scenarios involving incomplete or inaccurate data. Design and automate data loading and insights into generation processes, implementing intelligent checks and balances for ongoing, reliable value delivery. Develop and support the execution of comprehensive test plans; document, track, and help resolve identified issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in Supply Chain Planningexecution process along with integration experience interfacing with an ERP system3 or more full life cycle implementations of supply chain planning projects end to end, leading technical design for inbound/outbound processes3 or more years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse Tools as Integration Architect or ConsultantExperience utilizing middleware Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or Computer Information System (CIS)Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

 Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Kinaxis Data Model, input and control tables Experience integrating Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse) with host ERP, PLM, and CRM systems from multiple projects/industriesCertified Kinaxis Integration Consultant (Author Level 1, Administrator Level 1, and Integration Level 1 required)Talend experience, and/or other ETL tools such as Google Cloud Dataflow, Azure Data Factory, and DatabricksDatabase or programming languages, especially SQL and JavaScript3 or more years leading/coaching a team of integration consultantsExperience with Integration Architecture and their use cases (e.g. flat-file/batch, API/web services)Inbound and Outgoing Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications1+ year experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $130,800 to $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program. Whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
