Kids Supervisor- PNO

Position Summary

The Kids Supervisor - PNO enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs. Job Duties/Responsibilities

Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional mannerEngages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and gamesMonitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings 20%Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing 20% Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services 10%Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed 2​

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of workFirst Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hireCompletion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with childrenThe ability to engage a group of children in an activityCustomer service and strong communication skill

PayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
