The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring the young guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel’s Kids Club facilities, including the activities. You will be responsible for taking care of them with a warm and sincere welcome. Monitoring the young guest needs and safety, ensuring that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner is paramount to this role.

\nWhat will I be doing?

As a Kids Club Attendant, you are responsible for assisting the Kids Club Supervisor and your immediate superior in ensuring, administering and checking the day to day operations of the club with regards to the following section:

\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tGreet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome. \n\t\t\t\tAssist guests with their needs in the kids club area. \n\t\t\t\tRespond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.\n\t\t\t\tOrganizing activities for the kids.\n\t\t\t\t Create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club\n\t\t\t\tEnsure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child\n\t\t\t\tCreate an inventory of all toys/equipment at the club\n\t\t\t\tEnsure all equipment are clean and properly maintained\n\t\t\t\tEnsure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Kids Club Manager\n\t\t\t\tEnsure all the club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times\n\t\t\t\tBe fully aware of the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\n\n
