Job DescriptionAssist in ensuring a smooth daily running of the Kids Club To ensure the Kids Club program for kids are well planned. To ensure all necessary tool and equipment’s need for the activities are ready in advanceCommunication with Child Care Supervisor Kids Club Manager, ensuring the distribution of accurate and timely reportsHave knowledge of resort, childcare, resort services and their hours of operations, updating the same regularly to ensure up-to-date informationTo know perfectly the emergency evacuation proceduresWill be responsible for all equipment in the departmentTo develop and plan special activities for Rainy Day programEnsuring that all areas in and around the Kids Club department are kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times

QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in the same role or equivalentGood English communication skills: additional language i.e. German and Russian is a plus!Flexible as the position requires long working hoursStrong interest and ability to interact with guests especially the young VIPsProactive, resourceful and able to work independentlyComfortable in water sports activities
