Job Description

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Avani+ Fares Maldives employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Kids Club Attendant provides a friendly place for children and attend to their personal needs.Supervise, facilitate, and engage in entertaining activities with kidsProvide childcare to children including paging parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs.Provide babysitting services when required.Keep the kid’s restaurant and activity area in good condition.Take the lead of the Minor Hotels Children Programme.To assist team in cleaning and always clearing up all work areas.To look after all guest service areas and maintain it to the highest standard level.To check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the kids club.To ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order.To reports any observed or known safety hazards, conditions, or unsafe practices to the Supervisor immediately.Able to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency.To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa Supervisor’s guidelines.To respond to the change as indicated by the company.To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues.To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures.To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

QualificationsMust be able to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties.Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast-paced environment,Bachelor's degree graduated and minimum of six months to one year experience related this jobPassion for leadership.Good communications skillsFlexible Work AttitudeMust be quality focused in all aspects of their work-related duties.Must be able to interact with customers and have an outgoing personality.Must have a stable career history.Have minimum 2 years of experience in same position.Must currently hold the role applying for.Trackable references to support the role applied for
