Position Summary

The Kids Camp Water Supervisor provides best-in-class, fitness-minded programming for our children. They organize and implement safe, fun and entertaining activities and games in Camp and during swim time. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Engages children in fun and challenging activities, including organized arts & crafts, singing, sports activities, games and field trips while ensuring safety and the engagement of counselors Creates weekly staff swim assignments and ensures the Counselor to camper ratio meets state/federal guidelinesConducts swim test during appropriate timesOversees counselors, swimmers, and campers who choose not to swim Promotes and sells Life Time programs in order to increase participation and revenue

Position Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent1 year of summer camp counselor experienceCompletion of Life Time Summer Camp Counselor Certification prior to summer camp seasonFirst Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire

Summer camp supervisor experienceInfant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
