What you can expect:

\nSales goal achievement.\nContinuously develop a personal trade through proactive sales techniques, client book use, and active client tracking and profiling.\nDemonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.\nDemonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.\nUnderstand floor presence: Greeting, friendly posture, poise, image projection.\nKnow and understand basic communication skills.\nActively maintain a client book profile book.\nBe aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.\nDemonstrate a general knowledge of alteration procedures.\nCreate a lasting, positive impression on customers.\nMaintain professional standards with customers, peers, and management.\nFollow through in all areas of commitments made to customers.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of customer service standards.\nProvide an “over and above” level of customer service.\nBe proactive in idea generation of how to better serve customers.\nInform customers of up-coming events.\nUnderstand and communicate return/exchange policies.\nAssist with re-merchandising as needed.\nBack stock maintenance.\nMaintain high levels of communication with sales associates, supports staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers.\nProfessional Dress attire (Uniform will be provided soon)\nMaintain high standards in personal grooming.\nParticipate in product knowledge seminars.\nDemonstrate a clear understanding of the newest product designs within the company and communicate that knowledge to the customer.\n

 

Your profile:

\nBS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience\n1 - 2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills\nDemonstrated strong customer service and communication\nIndependent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial\nStrong business acumen and interpersonal skills\n

The expected base pay rate range for this position is from $15/hr to $16/hr. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
