Job Description

Key customer claim handling: PS leader for all key customer claim (Accept + Goodwill + Reject)
On site problem solving at customer side(claim investigation / report to customer etc.)
General customer management: customer relationship maintenance / regular communication
Key customer quality improvement planning and coordinate to implement
Leading internal & external quality project with systematic PS method

- 客户端问题调研以及现场问题解决
-客户管理:与客户质量/技术接口人的业务关系管理/例行交流
-关键客户质量改进计划以及实施
-带领内外部质量改进项目,系统化使用问题解决工具及方法

Qualifications

-College or university degree in mechanical engineering or related
-Minimum 3 years working experience in production related department
-Familiar with 8D and problem solving method
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Strength in decision making and communication
-Initiative and ability to work proficiently and independently
-工程机械或相关专业大学学历
-至少3年生产相关部门工作经验
-熟悉8D等问题解决方法
-良好的英语听说和写作能力
-决策和沟通能力强
-工作积极主动,专业性和独立性强
