This role involves guiding student leaders, overseeing club activities, ensuring compliance with school policies, and supporting members in planning and executing service projects. The sponsor helps foster leadership, character building, and community service among students while maintaining a strong relationship with Kiwanis International and the local Kiwanis club. Key Responsibilities: + Advise and mentor Key Club officers and members. + Attend and supervise meetings, events, and service projects. + Assist with planning, record-keeping, and liaison with Kiwanis and school administration. + Promote club activities and support member recruitment and retention. Pay & Benefits Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-2 (Athletics).
