Key Responsibility Areas:
You must ensure achievement of sales objectives for every cycle (MTD, Semi-Annual, YTD), through development of key channels in designated areas i.e. ResellersYou will monitor Resellers’ end-to-end selling process to ensure compliance with the Company’s sets of policies, standards, and objectives, while ascertaining their individual profitability, and adhering to the terms and conditions of the contract.You will generate new and unique third-party intermediaries that will augment the footprint of FME to increase our reach, generate incremental machine and consumables revenue, and fortify our share of the marketYou will achieve the target area’s Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) through sufficient collection of payment for credit sales on a monthly basis.You will undertake regular Intra-sales, cross-functional, and higher management collaboration, to ensure observance of business protocols, operational alignment, enforcement of agreed contractual and compliance metricsYou will oversee the onboarding, contracting, FME ethical parameters to ensure adherence and compliance of all Resellers to the standards of Global TPI GovernanceYou must provide assistance in the preparation of government tenders through available modes of procurement. This includes end-to-end preparation of bidding documents, issuance of pertinent correspondences, financial analyses, submission of bid, execution, controls, and collection.You will perform other duties may be assigned to you by management from time to time.Qualifications:
You must have sales experience of at least 5 years, preferably in the medical/pharmaceutical industriesYou must have proven track record of Sales PerformanceYou must have documented experience and success (STARs) in handling major hospitals and key accountsYou must have above average Negotiation, Presentation, and Multi-Tasking SkillsYou hold an unquestionable commitment to drive results, integrity, adaptability and resilience – also derived from FME’s core values: We Care, We Connect, We Commit.
