- Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning & ExecutionMap customers and identify potential markets; actively pursue new sales opportunities
Broaden customer base through effective customer retention strategies
Ensure achievement and continuous monitoring of targeted sales
Conduct competitor analysis: monitor NPD, applications, pricing, etc.
Maintain strong relationships with Government officials and departments
Monitor and ensure on-time delivery to customers
Expedite resolution of customer complaints and problems
2. New Product Development (NPD)Conduct research to identify customer needs and suggest innovative solutions
Participate in new product planning through market research
Ensure post-launch follow-up to measure customer satisfaction and product performance
3. Sales PromotionExecute timely and effective branding and promotional activities such as:
Exhibitions
Seminars
Trade Shows
Display outlets
4. Debtor ManagementEnsure timely recovery of dues as per agreed payment schedules
5. MIS & ReportingPrepare technical data sheets for various products and sales activities
Ensure timely and effective preparation and submission of daily and fortnightly MIS/reports
- Desired ProfileQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology
MBA from a reputed and recognized University/Institute
Experience:
12–15 years of experience in product development, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic industry
Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of various polymers – HDPE, PVC
In-depth understanding of Sewerage Systems
Proficiency in preparing technical data sheets
Managerial/Behavioral Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy with a result-driven attitude
Strong liaisoning and networking skills
Proficient in influencing and negotiation
Strong analytical abilities
A good team player
Age Requirement: 30 – 32 years
Mobility: High (Must be open to travel as required)
