Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and building strong customer relationships? We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager to lead the development and execution of commercial strategies across our key accounts. This role is critical in ensuring product visibility, availability, and profitability within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Key Accounts Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing customer-centric strategies, managing trade development initiatives, and leading distributor and team performance—all to deliver exceptional value to both the business and our partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account Management

Develop and execute key account strategies and tactical plans in line with the overall sales strategy.

Leverage customer insights and market data to create impactful, tailored plans for each key customer.

2. Trade Development

Drive product availability by securing listings and expanding numeric distribution across strategic brands.

Improve product visibility and accessibility by negotiating cold and ambient space targets.

Ensure price compliance with Recommended Retail Price (RPP) guidelines across channels.

Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions, and tastings in collaboration with key customers.

Utilize Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools to track sales metrics, manage performance, and identify market opportunities.

3. Key Distributor Management

Work closely with distribution partners to ensure full servicing of key accounts per agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Drive execution of distribution, pricing, and promotional plans to achieve revenue goals.

4. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong trading relationships with key decision-makers within your portfolio.

Adapt and align sales approaches to meet evolving customer and market needs.

5. Team Leadership

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team through coaching, training, and performance management.

Foster a culture of accountability, development, and customer service excellence.
