Key Account Lead to join our team in Cyprus. 

 

Your ‘day to day’

Effective guidance of partners to achieve commercial goals.Daily presence in the stores, for the proper execution of our operations and image.Daily monitoring of the market for growth opportunities.Monitoring the market in relation to competing or other products.Monitoring our products in the market, checking product availability and management.Training of K.A staff to manage and ensure proper stocks.Continuous training and development of communication skills in the staff of the K.A.Analysing sales on a weekly basis and providing constructive feedback, both to partners and supervisor.Daily Market Feedback to B2B2C Manager.Monthly face-to-face meetings with partners on issues related to their progress, goals, market and possible new programs and new products.Proposals for programs of the Promoters team at K.A.Contacting the Indirect Channel Executive for the actions that need to be taken at the K.A. points.Daily cooperation with other departments of the company and partners (Field force, Planning, CX, Cassandra, Eurofreight).

 

Who we’re looking for:

A university degree of Business Administration or similar degree   Three years of experience in account management and client relations, with a strong track record of driving growthA positive attitude, creative mindset and collaborative spirit.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a team-oriented approach.Proficiency in English and frequent use of MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
