Join our Commercial team as a Key Account Executive – we’re looking for one additional member to strengthen our KA team and help build a new business with the strength of global brands behind you.

 

You will drive growth across our diverse portfolio in Croatia including  heat not burn products and devices, vaping devices, oral nicotine, traditioal cigarettes by shaping and executing channel account strategies. You’ll foster strong, profitable partnerships with existing and new key accounts to ensure broad distribution, full availability, and quality product placement, working closely with Commercial and Marketing to align with business objectives.

 

We offer full-time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time. Location of work is Zagreb with possibility of hybrid work.

 

Your ‘day to day’

Develop and implement account strategies aligned to the market strategy, leveraging business programs and channel specifics. Prepare and lead negotiations across multiple product categories; plan budgets and manage investments to maximize ROI, tracking performance and reporting. Collaborate across the commercial organization to design and execute trade programs and account relevant tools. Ensure accurate communication of brand cycles, new launches, and line extensions; supervise compliance with contract conditions. Consolidate and analyze data; define KPIs, benchmark against market, and translate insights into action. Uphold PMI’s corporate image through professional conduct and effective brand representation. Operate strictly within the legal and compliance framework and stay current on relevant regulations.

 

Who we’re looking for

University degree (Economics/Business Administration or related field). Minimum 2 years in sales, key account management, procurement, category management, or similar.Project management experience will be considered a plus.Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.Proactive, detail oriented, and analytical, comfortable working with numbers. Advanced Excel proficiency.Fluent in English and Croatian (spoken and written). Driving license (B category).
